Distance sales agreement
This text applies to orders placed with CPS Medical Solutions by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.

Subject
The agreement covers distance sales of agricultural-origin ethyl under the Volan and Ankol brands. The catalogue name, volume, source and price form the basis of the order.
Orders
An order is created by stating the product, volume and delivery address by phone, WhatsApp or the form. The seller confirms stock and dispatch. An unconfirmed request is not an order.
Price and payment
The price is the amount shown in the catalogue or written offer at the time of order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is collected as cash on delivery. VAT and any freight are stated separately.
Delivery
Goods are sent in sealed packaging to the stated address by cargo or contracted transport. Checking the pack and seal on delivery is the buyer’s responsibility. Damage must be recorded on receipt.
Withdrawal and returns
The right of withdrawal in distance sales is assessed subject to the exceptions in applicable law. Opened, used or chemically unsuitable goods may not be returned. Return requests must be made in writing.
Disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumer rights under applicable legislation remain reserved.
